For our warm up today, we are going to play a quiz game! Partner up with at least one other person. You can get into groups of up to three if that makes it easier.

-
Step 1: Make sure one team member has a phone access to the internet.
-
Step 2: In your browser, head to the site: kahoot.it
-
Step 3: Enter the pin number that is on the screen in the front of the room
-
Step 4: Enter a team name. Make up something easy!
-
Step 5: Enter player's nicknames.
-
Step 6: Begin the quiz game! You can use notes and work together....

Calendar update#1-Setting Our goals/Intentions
On a piece of paper (or a document in your Online Folder), lets start the process of setting some intentions for this semester!

Step 1: What are 3-4 intentions you would like to focus on for this semester? (you can think in terms of year but if you want to keep it simple, at least focus on this semester)
-
Some ideas/areas
-
career
-
school
-
money
-
relationships
-
spirituality
-
physical health
-
emotional wellness
-

Step 2: How are you going to do those 3-4 intentions?
-
What is your action plan?
-
Be concrete
-
Use positive language
-
present tense
-
-
Do at least 3-4 sub points for each thing...

Step 3: How do you want to feel for each intention?

Step 4: Pick a Word for the semester. Try to use a Habit of Mind!

Step 5: Write one sentence of how you want to feel this semester.

Remember, intention and action!
Create structures to hold you accountable!
