Warm Up

Work on Genre Justification #1!

Write the Genre Justification #1 and put in the appropriate place in your Online Folder.

However, you should/can be working on your genres throughout the rest of the semester. If you feel as though you are not sure how to answer a question or you are not ready to, you can still come back to it at a later time. â€‹

Work on this for about 10-15 mins then work on your Genre #1.

Be sure you are clearly labeling your genres in the appropriate folder.

Genre #1 Workshop

Take out your Genre Mind map and start working on your first genre!

Take this time to actually start drafting. We have a peer review due this week on your Genre #1 so this needs to be a legit draft.

  • Pair up with someone you want to peer review. Be sure you two make plans on when you are going to submit/review the genre. Be sure to put a link to your Genre #1 in the Blackboard Discussion Forum: Genre #1 Draft & Peer Review.

    • To peer review your fellow classmate, simply reply to their thread and write a response in the box.

Actually work on something. Do NOT waste this time.
